Delivery Information

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine.

Delivery times depend on the type of order, production complexity, and product availability:

• Ready-made products in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation
• Custom-made equipment is manufactured individually. Production and delivery may take up to 8 weeks depending on complexity and production workload
• In most cases (around 90% of orders), shipments are completed within 2–3 weeks

We work with large and professional equipment, so every order undergoes a quality control process before shipment.

If your order includes items with different production times:

• available items may be shipped earlier
• the remaining items will be delivered separately at no additional delivery cost for the customer

After shipment, the customer receives a tracking number (TTN) to monitor the delivery.

• Cash on delivery
• Online card payment
• Terminal payment
• Bank transfer (non-cash payment)

1. Delivery terms

Delivery is carried out according to the tariffs of the Nova Poshta delivery service and is paid by the customer upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed individually.

Please note that due to the size and weight of the equipment, delivery cost may depend on:

• shipment volume
• weight
• delivery region

2.General provisions

This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store at the moment of placing an order.

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement. Acceptance of this agreement is considered to be the placement of an order through the online store.

Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the goods may make a purchase.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, and the Customer is responsible for reviewing them periodically.

3. Order processing

To place an order, the Customer must provide accurate contact information.

The Seller is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the Customer.

After placing an order, the Customer receives information about the expected delivery date.

If the Customer orders a quantity exceeding available stock, the Seller informs the Customer via email or phone about availability timelines.

The Customer may:

• accept partial availability
• or cancel unavailable items

If no response is received within 3 days, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the item.

Products are presented in the catalog via images and descriptions.

Please note that some products may slightly differ from the images (color, details, finish).
